The Apartment

Apartment 21 is on the 2nd floor of the building facing south.  It is 112 M2 with 3 double bedrooms, a bath/wc, a shower/wc, a large living / dining area and kitchen.  It has a huge 50 M2 balcony facing South-East, South and West with large windows on all sides.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishing, two TVs with DVD players and WiFi.

In the basement is a ski room and washing room with washing machine and tumble drier.  There is a sauna in the building which guests can use.

The apartment is very energy efficient.  It is insulated to high standards and is heated by a ground-source heat pump system.

To keep the apartment clean and so all our guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air, the apartment is no-smoking and no pets are allowed.
